I'm on a 64-Bit W7, and the Universal Theme Patcher will not patch the themeui.dll, what do I do ?

anyone who is stuck with the basic windows 7 color theme will love this work.
this one is easy on the eyes, some might call it elegant.
in my top 3 with other basic themes.

well, i was really feed up with the flashy themes with 13453 colors in them, so i went for an elegant approach and simple design. glad you like it!
